Our online store is operated by Pink Saree and hosted on the Shopify platform.

2. Products & Availability

We sell women's ethnic wear and related products. We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone call and proceed based on your response.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider, Paytm, which collects only minimal payment data required to complete your transaction. We do not store your complete card or banking details.

4. Orders & Order Verification

Once you place an order, our system verifies it and dispatches it within 24–48 hours. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Pink Saree reserves the right to cancel any order if the order or delivery address appears suspicious or unserviceable, including but not limited to incomplete or insufficient addresses, risk-flagged customers, remote or non-serviceable locations, or activity that appears fraudulent. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and prepaid orders will be refunded as per our Shipping & Cancellation Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 days, depending on your delivery pincode and product availability. If a product is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 7 days, and we will keep you informed. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Cancellation Policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy. Products must be unused and in original condition, and requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. 7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled under the conditions described in our Shipping & Cancellation Policy. Where a cancelled order was prepaid, a refund will be initiated at the time of cancellation, as per that policy.
